I am married to Barbara and have a daughter, Ellie, and a son, Ben. I hold a 3rd dan black belt in shotokan karate. I am a PADI advanced scuba diver. I hold a degree in Physics from Bath University. I also enjoy pre medieval history, genealogy, mountain biking and gadgets.
